I really feel like a concrete acid stain is the best way to go for the durability of any flooring. If you do it right it looks great and lasts a very long time.

Do you add a polish to the floor when it's done to get it to shine like the ones in your pictures, or does the acid do that naturally? I am thinking we will do this in the garage of our new home.
